This is their 5th visit to one of Lances favorite cities; Providence. I love the people here, because they really love music and theyll really show their appreciation says Lance. Lance is the spastic leader of this jazz funk band. What is really unusual is that this energetic band which plays what they call: Physical Jazz is all led by Lances flute. I grew up as a gospel soloist, play first chair in the Youth orchestra, and played jazz and earth Wind & Fire music all my life, so I like the make-up of my soul; a soulful mutt.
The Band will be at the 60 Valley St. branch of the Cuban Revolution starting at 8:00pm
Be prepared to chew your food to the beat, and if you want to absorb the Lance Martin Show, stay afterwards and listen. The Music is a mix of R&B, Funk, Jazz and a hint of gospel. Mostly covers all original arrangements by the flutist.
