  • 2010 Summer Internship Program

    The 2010 Summer Internship Program will begin on Monday, May 17, 2010.
    If you know someone who would be interested in participating in National Grids 2010
    Summer Internship Program, please refer them to our Monster.com internship postings.
    Interested applicants must apply through Monster; resumes and inquiries sent directly
    to the Recruiting department will not be considered.

    Visit www.monster.com and use the keywords National Grid and internship in the
    search box to access our internship postings.

    To be eligible for National Grids 2010 Summer Internship Program, applicants must
    meet the following criteria:

    3.0 cumulative GPA for undergraduate students
    3.2 cumulative GPA for graduate students
    Declared major discipline must meet the line of business needs
    Applicant must be at least a sophomore and be 18 years of age
    Must successfully pass a drug and alcohol screening and background check
    Authorized to work in the United States for the entire duration of the internship
    Registered in school as a full-time student.

    Candidates will be required to go through the pre-employment process, whether they are first-time or returning interns. All are external hires and will be required to undergo a background check and drug/alcohol screening.
